Hygienist

Chesapeake Care Clinic

Mission: To provide medical and dental services to low-income underserved individuals in our community.

Connection to Mission: The Volunteer Hygienist will provide high-quality dental services to improve the health in the community.

Hygienist:

• Administer preventative care including x-rays, exams and cleanings
• Provide instructions on oral hygiene

General Duties:

• Treat patients with respect and compassion
• Positive interaction with volunteers and staff
• High personal and professional standards
• A demonstrated commitment to the mission of Chesapeake Care Clinic

Required Skills

• Active Virginia registered dental hygienist license or active duty

Time Commitment:

• Volunteer once a week/month/quarter any Tuesday-Thursday or Saturday
• Bring your dental team for a team building day
• Flexible schedule
