Description
The Greene Care Clinic, a rural health care clinic for the uninsured in Greene County, VA, is in need of mental health volunteers (NPs, RNs, LPCs, LMFTs, or LCSWs) to see patients remotely via telehealth. The mental health provider must be licensed in Virginia. Our goal is to integrate mental health care into our primary care setting to more effectively support the overall well-being of our uninsured patients. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the requests that we are receiving for mental health counseling, and we would like to offer this service to our patients. Volunteers must be willing to commit up to 10 hours/month.
