CrossOver Healthcare Ministry

The mission of CrossOver is to provide high quality healthcare, promote wellness, and connect community talents and resources with people in need in the name of Jesus Christ. CrossOver is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers comprehensive healthcare services to the uninsured and medically underserved in our community, including: primary care, specialty care, pediatrics, dental, eye care, mental health counseling, HIV/AIDS care, OB-GYN, medications and medications management, and case management. While we are a faith-based organization, it is not required that employees or volunteers identify with a particular faith in order to be involved in this community. We strive to be a place that welcomes everyone, regardless of religious affiliation.

Position Description

The bilingual eye technician will be trained on how to operate eye equipment, conduct vision tests, and assist clinicians in our eye clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit to one, 4-hour shift a week
• Must be bilingual Spanish/English
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be comfortable using computers and learning a new EHR system, eClinicalWorks
