CrossOver Healthcare Ministry is in need of behavioral health providers to provide psychotherapy treatment, psychoeducational, and/or prevention services to clients aged 18 and above with a wide range of psychiatric, emotional, relational, substance abuse and social problems as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.

Techniques to be used may include cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, exposure therapy, mindfulness training, trauma focused therapy and creative modalities.

We are looking for volunteers who are:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. If not bilingual, will need to be comfortable utilizing an interpreter during sessions.
• Comfortable using electronic health record system (eClinicalWorks) to input progress notes, treatment plan, and other required patient records to document provision of care, or are willing to learn
• Comfortable using telehealth technology for service delivery as indicated by COVID-19 pandemic protocols and policies, or are willing to learn
• Either currently enrollment in a Masters program in Clinical Counseling or related field, from an accredited college or university, or holds an active licensure through the Virginia Board of Counseling
