The Northern Neck - Middlesex Free Health Clinic includes a Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic, and Pharmacy at its main facility in Kilmarnock, providing primary medical and dental care, prescriptions, specialty clinics, and outreach and referral services.

Patients are un- and under-insured residents with limited incomes living primarily in Lancaster, Middlesex, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland counties. Medicaid recipients are welcome.
